Bostin Loyd was an American bodybuilder born on March 29, 1992, in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in a family of bodybuilders—his parents owned a hardcore Gold’s Gym and were competitors themselves.
Bostin started training at age 14 and became one of the youngest to earn his IFBB pro card at 21. He was famous for being super honest about using steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs), something most bodybuilders keep secret.
In 2013, he posted a YouTube video listing everything he was taking, which went viral and made him a big name. His motto, tattooed on his chest, was “Get Big or Die Trying.”
Sadly, he passed away on February 25, 2022, at just 29 years old from a heart issue called a dissecting aortic aneurysm. He left behind his wife, son, and a huge impact on the fitness world.
